Kevin DeRijck
CEO, Sales & Managing Partner
Kevin DeRijck brings over 30 years of experience in the cinema industry, beginning his career with hands-on roles in theatre operations and management with Famous Players Theatres. In 2017, he acquired a majority interest in Cinematronix and now serves as CEO, Sales and Managing partner where he leads the company’s ongoing growth and expansion across Canada and beyond. Kevin draws on extensive industry expertise to guide the company’s direction, delivering innovative, results-driven solutions for cinema operators while remaining passionate about advancing the cinema experience and supporting exhibitors in an evolving industry
Kevin Eagle
Founder & Special Projects
Kevin Eagle’s career in cinema began in 1977 as an usher, quickly growing in a license projectionist and technical specialist with a passion for cinema systems. In 1991 he founded Cinematronix in Vancouver, growing it from a small apartment startup into a leading force in Canada’s cinema technology industry. Today, Kevin continues to bring decades of experience and insight to the company’s ongoing innovation and growth.
Rick Long
V.P of Technical Services & Partner
Rick Long brings over 40 years of experience in cinema technology. He has extensive knowledge in all film projection and sound formats, including Digital Cinema. As VP of Technical Services at Cinematronix, he is a Certified Installer for all D-Cinema brands with extensive audio training, including Dolby Atmos Room Design and Commissioning.
